since I did an index post for Kryptokos, here's one for my other epically long mpreg fanfic.

Part I: It's A Concept You Could Conceive
  Alex Mercer feels weird lately. Something's slowing him down and making him consume more often. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with him and Desmond's secret casual fucks, right? Viruses don't even reproduce sexually, right? But then again, Blacklight isn't like other viruses... And he is Zeus, after all.

Part II: Here's To Hello
  There's no way he's pregnant, this is all a big mistake, Desmond thinks... until he sees the ultrasound image. They're really gonna have a half-virus, half-human kid. Plus they're now moving in together, and Alex is starting to have random cravings for sex and bananas.... (not at the same time though; that'd just be silly!)

Part III: Grand Guignol
  William continues to disapprove of their relationship, but Desmond doesn't give a fuck. Kel Mitchell helps out on a Templar-killing mission. It's confirmed that Alex's pregnancy is progressing faster than a human one. Plus his moodiness is intensifying...

Part IV: I Just Wanted Someone To Be Gay With
  Rebecca and Dana go out baby shopping while our two protagonists have a heart-to-heart (even though only one of them has a heart). Alex keeps trying to push Desmond away, but Desmond won't let go. Lucy and some of the Initiates gang show up for Thanksgiving dinner.

Part V: Blow The Candle Out
  We flash back to the act of conception, then forward to Alex explaining the truth of his identity to Desmond. A gender is revealed and a name is chosen.

Part VI: What You Need and Everything You Feel
  Alex and Desmond make out on a rooftop on New Years' Eve, then later get surprised by a baby shower. Alex refuses to lie down and rest despite his rapidly advancing pregnancy. Anger and love are expressed. A proposal is bilaterally made and accepted. William is confronted with his lie.

Part VII: Nice Day For A Blacklight Wedding
  A wedding occurs, complete with custom vows, epic music, and drunken discourse. And then, the wedding night, and all that that implies...

Part VIII: To Live Beside You, Baby
  Married life and the long-awaited birth.
