Literature Text

"The Eteria would appear similar to the Brotherhood upon a cursory inspection. Both work in secrecy, and both are founded upon the noble purpose of combating those who wield power unjustly. But theirs is a narrow vision, seeking only improvement for Greece, and only deigning to allow native Greeks to join. Furthermore, they require a sum of money be paid by every new admission, and they prohibit any member of lower rank to question the whims of the higher. They style themselves the "Friendly Society", but it seems clear to me that the Assassins are far friendlier, and far more deserving of support."

Birthplace: Greece

Family:

Alexis Chandler (Great-great-great-great granddaughter) - Read her profile here.
Marcus Chandler (Great-great-great-great grandson)

Character Background:
In her homeland, Leda had some combat training as a low-ranked member of the Filiki Eteria, a secret society with the motto "Freedom or Death". However, she grew disillusioned with the way the organization was run, and moved to America where she learned about the Assassins and quickly joined up.
Yeah, don't settle for some shitty Brotherhood knock-off. Join the real deal! - RC
Oh hey look guys it's Alexis' alpha ancestor. As seen in fav.me/d7wymh3.

The header quote isn't from part of a story like the others. I had to write one up out of nowhere because it was either that or use something super short like "Cupid's arrow is but a metaphor. Dispense with your rhetoric. Tell me straight out what you intend."

I dunno if I will write anything else with Leda in it.... I don't plan to have Alexis in the Animus again, so it would have to be like a story actually set in the 1800s.

There's a stealth crossover in here somewhere.

edit 10-11-14: oh my god I actually got one of these OCs a picture for their profile. the fullsize is here Leda with her Hide-a-Shank(tm)
